Obstacle Analysis – Using internal organizational resources, we identify systems, processes, equipment (or lack thereof), physical configuration, tools, defined expectations or any other barrier for associates that reduce their ability to perform to be the best of their capabilities.
Task/Process Analysis – Define and flowchart existing organizational processes/procedures and identify redundancies, inefficiencies, or alternative steps, systems, tools, or procedures that improve the speed, quality, or overall efficiency of the processes.
